Notes allow an organizer to make text entries on individual readers. These entries are visible only to organizers and stay with the reader through the duration of his or her account.
Notes can be especially useful if you have a large reading group that is receiving an incentive for reaching a given goal. An organizer can make a note like “Received the water park pass”.
To access notes, mouse over the reader’s name in the dashboard and click on the notepad icon.
By clicking the icon, you will see a dialogue box open to reveal a note making function. The note making area allows you to make and save a note that will be visible by authorized users for the reader.
All notes are annotated with both a time stamp and the person who made the note.
Notes can also be made from the User Management System
Notes are kept in chronological order and are able to be deleted by the account owner anytime.
